Digital Goods
If you're not happy with your purchase, just contact me (stephen@stephenallanauthor.com) and I'll do my best to make it right. I'm confident we can make you happy, and if you still aren't, I'll be happy to give you a refund.
Refunds
For physical products, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. For all products, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact me at stephen@stephenallanauthor.com.
