Where can I get your ebooks?
Every new book is published on my site one month in advance of going on Amazon. To be updated on when those books become available, be sure to join my mailing list on the popup or bottom of the home page.
For books in series already published, these are enrolled in Kindle Unlimited. This program provides the most economical introduction to my prior works.
That said, I will occasionally write a collection or a short series that will be exclusive to my website, and those will stay on here permanently! Be sure to click on "Store Exclusives" to check them out.
What is your refund policy on ebooks?
Simply email me at stephen@stephenallanauthor.com and let me know what you need a refund for, and I will help you as quickly as I can.
Do you sell paperbacks of all your books?
Individual paperbacks can be bought on Amazon.
As Amazon does not allow bundling of paperbacks in a series, I sell those directly at a discount! Visit "Paperback Bundles" to learn more.
At this time, I do not sell paperbacks of my store exclusives, but if you have one you'd really like to see, drop me an email at stephen@stephenallanauthor.com and we can discuss what might be possible.
How long does it take for my paperback to arrive?
Give me around 3-5 business days to get them all packed up and sent off to you. You'll get them in around a week or so after, give or take, depending on the volume USPS or UPS has to deal with and what time of year it is.
How large are your paperbacks?
All paperbacks are 6'x9' unless specified in the product description otherwise. Book bundles are delivered as several individual books, rather than one massive book.
How do you secure my payment information?
By using Shopify, the store is automatically PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant. What this means in layman's terms is that rather than build out a secure payment system myself (which would take way more technical know-how than I have), I leverage the power of Shopify to protect your data to the highest professional standard possible. In fact, as the author, I can't even see your full credit card, only the last four digits.
How can I read your e-books?
Bookfunnel allows you to send the ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. If you purchase any of my ebooks, an email will be sent to you automatically with instructions on how to do this (be sure to check your spam folder!). If you have any issues, you can reach out to the folks at BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com--they truly provide some of the best customer service in publishing.
How long can I access my e-books once I purchase them?
Once BookFunnel sends the codes, you have 14 days before the codes expire. However, once you download the book, you will have it forever! If, for some reason, the 14-day window has expired, you can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes or visit their website and use your email as your login to access all the books you have purchased or downloaded.
Can I purchase your books if I am not in the United States?
While I am currently only selling to customers in the United States on this website, you can still purchase my books on Amazon from anywhere in the world!
